These Terms of Service govern your use of EZAgent Tools operated by Brian Hymas. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
EZAgent Tools is a subscription-based software service providing AI-assisted tools for real estate professionals. Tools include offer analysis, net sheet estimates, listing copy generation, and related outputs.
You must be at least 18 years old. EZAgent Tools is intended for real estate professionals, not direct consumer transactions.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing [email protected]. You retain access through the end of your paid period. See our Refund Policy.
EZAgent Tools outputs are AI-generated estimates and drafts for professional use only. They are not legal, financial, appraisal, or title advice. All outputs must be reviewed by a qualified professional before use. You are solely responsible for verifying outputs before using them in any transaction.
You may not use the Service to generate fraudulent or misleading documents, violate MLS rules or applicable laws, reverse-engineer the Service, or share account access with others not covered by your subscription.
We own all rights in the Service. You own the outputs you generate. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use outputs for your real estate practice.
Our liability for any claim is limited to amounts paid in the 30 days before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Disputes resolved in Ada County, Idaho.
